OTM-Recruit can be used as a stand-alone matching system within an organisation. An organisation has two separate, but related, needs.
- External hiring and selection processes: determining which applicants should be hired.
- Helping employees within the organisation with internal mobility: moving from one function to another within the organisation.
The OTM-Recruit Module is focussed on matching. For external hiring and selection, see the process used by an external recruiter. For internal mobility, OTM-Recruit offers several key advantages. It is easier to build effective and productive teams because every person within the organisation has been mapped in the Quinn Model through the Octogram test.
