Finding the Right Place
Don't Panic
You have received an invitation to fill in some personality tests. This document is to give you some information about what to expect, what the results will tell you (and the recruiter), and how the OTM-Recruit system works.
What to expect: When you click on the web address URL located in your invitation, you will go directly to a web site where you will fill in a series of personality tests. These tests will take between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. You will fill in a test that looks at your work style (see the 'Octogram' info graphic below), a test based on your communication style, a test for your organisational culture preferences, and, if you have management experience, a short question list talking about management style. When the tests are complete, you will receive a 'thank you' message and then, usually within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing a copy of your test results.

moreWhat the results will tell you: The results will come to you in a 7 to 10 page PDF report that explains what each test measures, what the results mean, and some summary information. This report will give you some valuable insights into what kind of work place and type of work would allow you to be at your best.
What OTM-Recruit.com does with the results: Just as you have filled in some personality tests that describe who You are, the manager or recruiter has filled in a similar description of what the offered function is. The recruiter then sees a report detailing where you and the job diverge (to help guide the next phase) and a copy of your personality report (exactly the same one you receive). There is no magic here, this is a statistical matching made on the basis of around 40,000 candidate selection assessments.
The questionnaires require only a web connection and a standard web browser.
